Heating didn't work, room was freezing, bathroom towels felt damp when I arrived, and there was a grate in the ceiling that went out onto the road, so light leaked in all night. Was booked in for two nights, but rebooked into a Premier Inn after one.

We had booked a room without a window, but we didn't think that our room would be in the basement where it would be cold and stuffy. There is also a glass wall on the ceiling of the room that faces the street, so you can hear people walking on the street from the room and see them from below. This made it extremely loud.
