I stayed with my 2 teenage kids. For the price, we were very happy with Cherry! We just needed a place to sleep after busy days in London, so comfortable beds was the #1 requirement for us, and it was met! The location was convenient to the underground which was our #2 priority. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which was just an added bonus! The only criticism I could give would be that the baseboards were a bit dusty, but that wasn't a problem for us since my kids are older and weren't crawling around the floor. The price with a comfy bed and friendly staff can't be beat!

Be sure to book room 12.5, it is much better than the room 13 I stayed in last time, half of it is still quiet, I earned it

The only single room I booked was before 10 pm or 9 pm because there would be a lot of machine noise in the kitchen below. After that time, the kitchen would be closed and it would not affect sleep. There is no elevator. Everything else is perfect

Could not find a negative thing to say. Clean, warm (when I worked out how to use the air con) and lovely surprise of fresh coffee and cafetière. My daughter goes to QM Uni so perfect location for visits to see her. I will be back 😊

The room was really small, as was the bathroom. In the morning you can't reach any of the staff except in emergencies. There is no reception and staff only arrive when the bar downstairs opens. In general it could have been a bit cleaner. When we hung up the sign saying "Please clean", we only got new towels. Apparently the subway runs underneath the hotel, because you could hear noises at regular intervals. Unfortunately we couldn't open the window in our room either and the blind that was there couldn't be opened all the way, so we always had to turn on the light. The blind also sometimes opened and closed by itself.

Admittedly, the room is really tiny. Staff was friendly at the facility was super clean.
The location is super convenient as there is a bus stop just in front of the house and the underground is a two minute walk

Good size room and TV , comfortable stay ,ground coffee in room a nice touch. Got back on our 2nd night and the key code didn't work, luckily the bar was still open to sort us a new one ,otherwise we would have been locked out, this is a worry
