Sonder is a beautiful place to stay. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. In particular Roger was wonderful to talk with about places to visit while in town. Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We booked this apartment having booked Sonder before. I would think twice before using this group again. This was a disaster from start to finish! Took forever to get into apartment, entrance outside and in was grubby and really dirty. Not brilliant first impression! Inside no better! Broken blinds on all windows, grubby sofa which had been stained and drawn on. Didn’t feel or smell very clean 😬 an American family arrived at same time, same entrance problem and overheard them saying to staff who came to assist that the bed was broken 🤷♀️ would not recommend at all, very disappointing 😞

My friend and I stayed in a Queen Suite and it was wonderful! It felt very homey and clean. They even left a jar of water and some glasses for us which was very kind. Breakfast was incredible. The freshly squeezed orange juice was my favorite, and the pastries were great too. The locker storage was very easy and helpful on our first day. The walk to the tube was about 12 minutes, but the area felt very clean and safe so that was never an issue. Upgrading to the suite gave us much more room to spread out after a long day— and being able to sit on the sofa and look out the window each morning was beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Bra hotell överlag. Läget är riktigt bra, frukosten var bra för att vara England. Sängen var tyvärr rätt hård men rekommenderar hotellet till par.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe vom Kensington Garden. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Personal sehr zuvorkommen. Es gibt einen Lift. Das Frühstückangebot ist gut. Besonders das Gebäck ist sehr lecker. Im 1. Stock kann man Teebeutel, Bademittel und Toilettenlapier selber nehmen. Die Geschäfte in der Umgebung laden zum Einkaufen ein.

Dit hotel is perfect als je bij Hyde Park wilt zijn. Alle ov voorzieningen zijn in de buurt. De kamer is heerlijk schoon en warm. Dit is regelbaar, tevens is er een airco aanwezig én een plafondventilator. De badkamer is wat aan de kleine kant, douchen helaas in de badkuip en de waterstraal is net genoeg om jezelf af te spoelen. Wat ook prettig is, in de badkamer hangt een handdoekrek wat verwarmd is. Het ontbijt is sober, maar wel van prima kwaliteit. Van koffie en thee mag je de gehele dag gratis gebruik maken en er zijn opbergkluizen bij de receptie in het geval je je spullen wilt opbergen. Het ontbijt is gratis en erg lekker.

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra läge. Rent och snyggt med bra självservering vid frukost. Fritt kaffe under hela dagen. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
