Great friendly people with exceptional service. I love this place and I would recommend it to anyone. Manny, his brother, Oksana and everyone else welcome me in with open arms and treat me with the upmost love and care. I really couldn't speak highly enough about them and Central hotel.

Because my room was underground so I could not get WI-FI signal. I Also could hear tube running noise quite often so I could not sleep propally.

Wir hatten mot dem Hotel vereinbart, keine Zimmer im Keller zu erhalten (beim letzten Ausflug). Leider hielt das Hotel sich nicht an diese Absprache, was zu einer Enttäuschung geführt hat...die erhaltenen Zimmer führten bei einigen Reisenden nicht zur Zufriedenheit....

Siamo stati 4 gg in 3, le camere sono un po' piccole, ma comode è vicino al centro. Comodo per chi viene da gatwich aeroporto solo a 200 mt. Il personale gentile è cortese, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli la mattina non essendo ancora pronta la camera ed al pomeriggio era già tutto in camera. Se dovessi ritornare a Londra non esiterei a riprenotare lo stesso hotel.

We turned up to check in on a Saturday night to realise we had booked for March and Not February! The Gent behind the desk was fantastic and phoned round the nearby hotels to accommodate us at short notice. A full refund was arranged and back in the account the following morning. Fantastic service and very kind. Hopefully next time we will book the right date! Thanks!

It was a great stay and will definitely come back again :) Very helpful staff especially Alex and the owner was amazing person (very helpful & generous). The hotel is close to local amenities, shops, restaurants and Kings Cross & Saint Pancras station is 1-2 minutes walking distance. The hotel and room itself was clean compared to other hotels located in the same area. Definitely recommend this place. I would like to thank staff and the owner :)
