The room is pretty small with a tiny window facing back of the hotel. Front desk staff were friendly, location was great!

The location is very convenient, very close to the station.
There are many restaurants nearby and a large shopping mall.
The price is reasonable, the room size is normal,
No air conditioning, no temperature control in the room

My stay was nice! breakfast was good had great options, shower doors in the westbridge suite didn’t function properly so the water leaked all over the floor and the tv/media system was awful out of date and excruciatingly slow so for the price point it was a little disappointing. The lounge area is fabulous!really nice space. Overall the hotel is nice and staff were very helpful and friendly, I will stay again some day but choose a different suite next time!

Very nice hotel. Clean & tidy, very friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast choices were excellent. Very clean dining area. Overall warm & friendly.
