"No air conditioning, not to mention dirty towels, climbing stairs, hairy sheets, toilets not clean..." The picture and text do not match to this point! It's clearly a scam! They wouldn't budge and let us change rooms. The toilet smelled unusable, so I waited five hours until dawn before arguing with them! After being assisted by Ctrip, their customer service was really good, and finally the hotel was willing to refund the room fee for two nights. Ctrip will refund the cost of the first night. Fortunately, the encounter with Ctrip's customer service was really terrifying. It is a pitfall to suggest that Ctrip not act as an agent for their hotel!

Room cleaning is dirtier than cleaning it every day Ask about laundry service from the first night On the first night, the front desk said to come back during the day to ask the cleaning staff On the second day, another front desk staff took us to the laundry room and said that we could use the washer and dryer by ourselves. On the second night, put the clothes into the washing machine, finish the laundry process and prepare to dry the clothes. On the first night, the front desk staff came to stop them and said that it is forbidden to use the clothes dryer because it will be noisy to other guests after 11 o'clock. ok I went back to my room with 2kg of wet clothes dripping with water On the third morning, I went to dry the clothes. The dryer was in use. I went back to the room and continued to pile up the wet clothes. On the third night, when I went to dry clothes, the staff obstructed me again, saying that I was not allowed to use the laundry room at night. It was 9:30 in the evening. Do you wait in the hotel to take turns using the washing machine every day when you travel? ?
