Hotel was very cozy. I stayed in the studio room and the layout was so comfortable. The bathtub and shower area is very deep and spacious. Everything has a luxury design feel to it, which is worth every penny I spent. Bath products were also absolutely amazing, staff were quick to refill anything missing.
The services were good. Room service made a few errors and the TV didn’t function properly, but I was quickly reassured by their manager for a fix and reasonable compensation. The attitude is very welcoming. Overall a very comfortable stay and an excellent experience.

Me and my partner had an amazing stay at the hotel! Staff were very welcoming and very helpful, would definitely recommend, the bed was very comfortable 10/10, my favourite was breakfast because of the veagan options, cocktails and the selection off wines are amazing too!

Not 5 star.. short of staff and service. Ignore the images in their social media and website. This place is desperately empty at weekends for a reason. No one stays here. The bars and restaurants are empty. Shame really as could be a great place to stay. We had a junior suite and were happy until the impressive Bang & Olufsen TV didn’t work properly. The lights in the room and bathroom kept switching themselves off and on. The drains in the bathroom smelt really bad and trying to get enough complimentary milks etc for a coffee in your room was hard work. Not to mention when you’ve left your room for the day, gone out and expected it to be made up when you returned at 3pm, and it hadn’t - great service ! Also don’t expect any night room service as apparently they sold out on a bank holiday Sunday at 10.20 pm when night service only started 20 minutes previously. Oh and concierge services to perhaps help you ? There aren’t any. Short staffed apparently ! This hotel may have a Michelin star restaurant on the top floor, but for heavens sakes provide some service elsewhere In the hotel. This has only just gained the ‘I prefer’ hotel association. They don’t deserve it. Terrible. Won’t come here again. 3 star hotels have provided better service. Amateurs !!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel in idealer Lage in London City. Sehr freundliches Personal und unser Zimmer war auch geräumig und sehr schön. Zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant am Roof Top, das ANGLER ist phänomenal. Wir hatten das Silvestermenü, welches wir beinahe nicht geschafft hätten. Sehr gute Weinauswahl. Alles Top.

Nestled in London’s financial district near Liverpool Street and Moorgate Stations, South Place Hotel offers modern elegance and seamless service. Rooms are luxurious with wonderful amenities and the best pillows ever. Room service was amazing as was the breakfast. From the warm greetings at check-in to the attentive assistance at check-out. Can’t wait to visit again.
