Large room with queen sized bed and kitchen area, clean but a little faded at the edges.

Bur it has no window and if course no view. It's not what shown in the picture of your website. This is not what my booking request.

Great hotel and a good location. The sealant around the shower tray was stained which wasn't attractive. I am sure it was clean but it wouldn't take much to replace it. I would stay here again. Very good value for money.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear a person break wind in the room 2 doors down. The neighbourhood across the road feels a bit sketchy, also they have a giant poster at reception about illicit **** use in premises. Nothing says "there's lots of **** users here" more than that.

GL2: No window The Good... Good shower & heating rail. Near bus stops. Friendly & accommodating staff. The Bad... High pitch noise like crickets but worse. Room is very warm and the a/c switches off. Cracks on the walls can use filling & a lick of paint. What's with the sellotape attached to shower glass and shower curtain rail? Where is the microwave? Bed uncomfortable. Bin pedal in the bathroom does not work. TV has no regular stations streaming only. ... And the Suggestions Could use a short bar under the TV or make it into a recharging station, electrics near the sink/kitchenette is never a good idea. How about plugging a feed of the outside to the TVs on the GL floors? Is there nice skyline near the hotel?

Cheap accommodation but had a bad experience with a late check in. No reception staff and was waiting outside to be let in for 30/45 minutes, door bell/telephone number wasn't working.

Felt like a shabby hotel but in reality wasn't too bad. Location and price were the best things

Unfortunately, my experience at this London hotel was highly disappointing. The location was inconvenient, requiring a significant walk to the nearest tube station despite a bus stop being directly in front. The room's cleanliness and service were below standard; it had an unpleasant odor, and the towels were unclean. Despite requesting no housekeeping service, my room was still entered daily. For those considering a stay in the Battersea area, I'd advise investing a bit more for a better accommodation experience.

It was a really nice stay and we really enjoyed it. The TV should have serviced because it was the most slow TV i’ve ever seen.

We were arranged the incorrect room type without window and located at basement with smaller room without hairdryer. The correct room should be located at 1F to 3F. Also, they collected £100 cash as the deposit and said can be refunded if nothing is missed or damaged. We borrowed the hairdryer from reception but it didn't work with plug also.

Other peoples hair in bed and all over in the flat. Forget to take photos, but also a stank from sink and from toilet in entrance smelled so bad also staircase smells like mold. The fact you have to pay a deposit of £100 on top of the fee- never ever experienced this. Also deposit will come back in 15 days. The sheets are something fake material and cheap and mattress and bedpost one of those you get a deal for £100. Really bad. Way over priced. Walls super dirty everywhere shower too- pink mold. To charge over £100 a night is crazy. I’d say Max £60. Nice wardrobe and lights but also lamp hangs out of ceiling in bathroom. Definitely needs a big cleanse, change of bed and bedsheets and mattress.

The company decided not to give me a refund even though I did not sleep in. Be very careful of this hotel - their customer service is ****.
