As with most London hotels the rooms are tiny and the overall state needs some tlc but for one or two nights by myself it did the trick. Staff was very friendly.

Our room was not a 4 star grade at all. It was tiny, and certainly not an apartment! There was no way that my wife and I could walk past each other. The double bed was tight against the wall on two sides. So, my wife would have to clamber over me to get out of bed! There were no bed side or head over lights. To turn the main light out, I had to go to the entrance door! There was one very small shelf for our use. (Approximately 60cm x 10 cm). The only other shelf was for the kettle etc. The walls separating our room from the next door was so thin we could hear clearly when the toilet was being used. Which included the flushing!!! Actually, we could hear much of what was happening next door! Our floor was wooden panelling, and looked unfinished. The room above must have the same; causing us to hear loud footsteps. The TV signal was bad, so that meant we lost the signal regularly. To add to that, all the controls were in Spanish, but the staff did resolve that. We had to turn off the fridge at night because of the gurgling, wooshing and clicking. The ceiling was stained, but I’m not sure what caused that. The balcony was absolutely tiny! That staff were very friendly and helpful. That said, when I complained about the room to a receptionist, he apologised, and assured me that he would discuss the problems. However, nothing happened!! Would I use the place again? Not a chance.

Stayed for one night. Apparently I booked the cheapest room on site and this why the size and quality was reflected - as confirmed by the hotel when I complained by email. I left at 6am so there was no one to speak to on site. This is not a hotel, it is rooms. Despite protestations by the hotel there is not a staff member available during the night. The reception area is tiny. If you look through the photos from 2015 please be aware the decor has not been updated since. Stair wells are tired and there is no sound proofing between rooms. The small double room has exceptionally squeaky floors, given the lack of space it’s quite surprising. Apparently it’s real wood and that’s why - I can’t attach the photos currently but the floor is laminate. It also needs a wash. The wardrobe door doesn’t close and the veneer is peeling. Bathroom is nice but again tiny. The bathroom cabinet needs replacing and is damaged. There is no door to this so just a cabinet shell. There is only a tiny mirror on a stand in here. Socket next to the bed isn’t working. Bed frame is disgusting, fake leather and it’s all peeling off. Furniture is all very worn. Kettle including plug need to be taken to fill at the sink and then the cable doesn’t stretch very far so you have to make drinks on the top of the fridge where the microwave is perched. Location is absolutely brilliant, just across from Liverpool Street station. There are much nicer rooms available at this price (£186) elsewhere I have asked for a partial refund but this has been declined as I should have highlighted this when I checked in. Fair enough I just know not to stay again.

Stayed here for one night for Beyonce concert in Tottenham. Apartment was lovely and had everything in it needed. We were able to drop our bags off early and they were put in our rooms which was so lovely. We were also running late the next day and we were given a grace period for check out so really really wonderful kind friendly staff! Would recommend to stay here as 3 mins walk from both the Liverpool Street station and spitalfields market! Fantastic stay!!!

We booked this stay for our Hen do, unfortunately the one of the bridesmaids had an injury so we had to bring her to A&e and took a while. We ended up checking in at 11pm. We know that we didn’t checked in on time, however this is a situation that was very unexpected. The accommodation person was very rude and didn’t even try to help us in our situation. We paid for everything and he doesn’t want to let us in and made us look for another hotel almost 12midnight. We ended not having anywhere to stay and had to uber back home to one of my friends house. He did say that he will be refunding us the money, however he never did and doesn’t even want to communicate. I think that they should not be allowed to operate especially he has given us his word that money will be refunded but never did.

Decent price for basic comfortable apartment in Central London and right on the doorstep for Liverpool Street station (5 min walk). Unfortunately I happened to stay during a heat wave and the room was too hot to leave the window closed but too noisy to have it open! There was a stand up fan provided but I don’t really like leaving those on when asleep so it took until 12-1am before the street quietened down outside. You are given an access code via email to get your key out of the locker when you arrive. This has your room number on so I found this useful to save all the faffing around at a reception area. I wouldn’t expect too much from your room but it has all the basics including tea and coffee making facilities abs everything was clean.
