這是我在英國出遊，倫敦入住酒店最糟心的事了，預訂3天兩個房間型，網上宣傳的和實際入住房間有差異，預訂高級雙人間19平方，實際入住普通雙人間最多10幾平方。我入住的一個房間衞生打掃很差，衞生間的牆體有頭髮貼在上面，另外一個房間床單有螞蟻，房間空調壞掉。我第二天要求換房，因為中間溝通問題到第三天才給調高級雙人間，結果發現床單沒換上面有頭髮和其他異物，地下還竟然是地鐵道，是個懸空的房間，回來我都暈了3天沒緩過來，一直覺得地震的感覺，太糟心和噁心了，建議看到我真實的評價就不要去住了……

房間乾淨衞生,服務很好，工作人員很熱情，早餐也不錯，選擇很多，性價比超高，關鍵是出行方便，離地鐵站很近.

房間雖然不很大，但很乾凈，佈置得很温馨。住得很舒服。前台服務態度很好。店旁有兩個地鐵站，出遊很方便。

選了高級大床房，房間面積在倫敦城中心位置來説還算可以，但是更小的房型就不建議了。水吧枱每天會補給膠囊咖啡，茶包，礦泉水和餅乾。酒店設施都很新，前台服務也很熱情，幫我寄存了一天的行李。唯一衞生間淋浴間是開放式的，洗完澡衞生間都是水，水槽的下水也有點慢。出門一分鐘就是地鐵站和兩個超市，很方便。周邊餐廳也很多選擇，推薦入住。

這家酒店唯一的優勢就是離地鐵站很近。Bayswater走1分鐘不到就到，Queensway走5分鐘也能到，交通相當便利。早餐比較單一，房間大小不一，建議直接上小型套房不然大的行李箱都鋪不開。
