This is the worst thing I've experienced when staying in a hotel in London during my trip to the UK. I booked two room types for three days, but the room I stayed in was different from the one advertised online. I booked a superior double room of 19 square meters, but the actual ordinary double room was only 10 square meters. The sanitation of one room I stayed in was very poor, with hair stuck to the wall of the bathroom, and ants on the bed sheets of another room, and the air conditioner in the room was broken. I asked to change rooms the next day, but because of communication problems, I was not given a superior double room until the third day. As a result, I found that the bed sheets were not changed and had hair and other foreign objects on them. There was even a subway underground, so it was a suspended room. I was dizzy for three days after returning, and I felt like an earthquake all the time. It was so bad and disgusting. I suggest you don't stay there after seeing my real evaluation...

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the subway station. Bayswater can be reached in less than a minute's walk, and Queensway can be reached in five minutes' walk. The transportation is very convenient. The breakfast is relatively simple and the rooms vary in size.
