My first impression was very good I was able to check in early which was great sky appreciated it was merger but I thought very fair value nice location huge English breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay

You get what you pay for. The room was small but fine for 4 people as there was 4 twin beds. There was no fan so the windows needed to be kept open. Morning breakfast was good and the staff are very nice but they ran out of eggs one day. I would not stay again and would not recommend however it is fine for people on a budget

Imposible to climb stairs to the top, most terrible and disgusting breakfast I cannot express how much I encourage you to spend a few more pounds to stay on a decent place. This was not that. And it was to late for me to change. Staff chase me for payment on top of that before my check out time like if I was going to run away. Awful experience

there were bed bugs in the 2 rooms we were given. We bought pest repellent. We could not change hotel in case we spread the infestation. We had to change our train tickets to return home earlier at our expense. The receptionist already knew but was very dismissive did not offer any help and told us we would have to contact our booking agent! the rooms were dirty, the shower head was dirty too and also the fan. There were stains and wall marks. . Also there are not any safety instructions in the room re fire drill (we realised there wasn't a fire escape) . There was no booking out form to sign and a note on the door (as the reception was closed) said leave your key in the room!)

There were no towels, mildew, mould and cracked tiles in the shower and the toilet lid was not secured. The water from shower drained so slowly, it nearly overflowed, and the water went hot and cold constantly. The breakfast signage was from 7.30am, but not open until 8am which meant we were unable to get breakfast that we had paid for. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

The worst facility I have ever stayed in. Let's start from the fact that I booked a double room with a request for 2 separate beds, my friend and I found ourselves in a single room with a French bed. The bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't turn around, not to mention the mini sink that could only be used to wash your hands. There is no telephone in the room in case you need to speak to the reception, but you have to go in person to the building next door. We don't talk about cleanliness, mold in the shower, dust everywhere, in 5 nights never changed the sheets and never cleaned the bathroom, the towels were changed only on request. The first night we noticed that the light bulb above the bed was burnt out, the second night it had not been changed, so we unscrewed it (finding it full of dust almost like wool) and left it on the bedside table, it was not changed anyway, we had to write a ticket on the 3rd day to get it changed. The breakfast was poor (as well as in the structure next door such as the reception), and the few things that were on the buffet were not replenished when they ran out, including the equipment (plates, cups), not even on request. Rude staff to the nth degree. The only positive note is the location.
