Not the best hotel. Avoid the breakfast, it’s ultra processed substances. Not even food of any nutritional benefit. Apart from the water. The filtered water is good.

A reasonably-priced hotel right in the heart of London's Soho district. Rooms seemed clean and had all the essentials. Not much storage space for clothes but it was sufficient for shorter stays. It was good to have the bar downstairs as an option to hang out for part of the evening.

Pros - Clean room, comfy bed, good shower, friendly and helpful staff, all in a great location. No issue with the size of the room for 1 or 2 nights. Appreciated the bottled water provided.Very clean bar area and public toilets. Drink prices fair

The hotel was in a fab location but it is quite well hidden so definitely need maps to find it, the hotel was clean & tidy & staff were helpful, would definitely stay here again .

My sister and I had a great experience at this hotel. The room is small but cozy, we had a king size bed and the shower wasn’t too small like a lot of other hotels found within Europe. The staff were all friendly, we stayed for 4 nights and didn’t have any issues. The area is a wonderful place to stay as a tourist, lots of things to do that were very walkable. Close to a ton of pubs, shops and Chinatown. Would recommend.

First time staying in a Hub, but it was perfect for our needs. Upgraded to the bigger room and had a window. Nice modern room, with all mod cons. Room looked nice and clean and had a good air con system. Comfortable bed, pillows, and lovely shower. Slept so well as it was so quiet. Took my travel kettle so I could have my early morning cuppa without leaving my room! So glad I did, as I would not have liked to go down to the communal lounge area early morning to grab a coffee! Would definitely stay again.

It initially appeared to be a reasonable choice for an economy hotel situated in SoHo. I was staying by myself and did not plan to stay in my room besides to sleep so I was unconcerned with ‘extra’ room features. I had to change rooms three times. The second room had an AC unit that started to pour water out of the bottom at around 11:00PM. I made three trips to the front desk solely because the key cards for the third room did not work. I consider myself as someone who rarely complains, never leaves negative reviews, etc. I was told I would receive a partial refund for my stay but I have not received compensation. I would recommend to anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache of dealing with these issues.

Room was amazingly comfortable and sufficient. Location is near to tube and many attractions - within walking distance. Service staff were friendly and accommodating, and the 24/7 refreshment just made the world experience better.
