Very central location within London yet, the hotel doesn’t have facilities like swimming pool and gym. The reception and security guys are very friendly and super nice.Overall, a very nice trip experience of you like shopping within London. PS: the food of the hotel is amazing, suggest seafood lovers to try the seafood risotto

Located just behind Selfridges. Great access to most of the shopping places. Everything is perfect besides the room seems a bit ageing. Service is great that the stuff is very helpful.

I was staying at this hotel for the first time. I choose it because it was close to my Covid-19 testing centre. Arriving at the hotel on the day, I found that the location of the hotel was very convenient, only 2 minutes away from the testing centre and 3 minutes walk to Bond Street Station. And there is a big discovery is that there is a food street 2 minutes from the hotel and there are 30-40 restaurants in different categories for you to choose from. The service of the hotel is very good, you can check in in advance. The room is big and comfortable, there are also daily necessities. The staff is also very nice. I am very satisfied. I would choose it again.

Checkied in on 4-19 and checking out today to continue my journey and have already booked my stay here on my return to London later this week. Since my arrival the staff has been nothing short of amazing! Carlos and Michele greeted us during our check in and were simply marvelous. They took care of us throughout our stay. Said has been one of the top concierges I have met throughout my travels, he has been spot on with his advice and attention and has guided us perfectly throughout our stay. The location is simply perfect close to everything and within time block you have at least 15 restaurants to choose from Every night we ate at a different restaurant l. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly welcome from staff, especially Michela on reception. Was given an upgrade in room. Hotel in perfect position for shops and food. Good breakfast selection. Left our luggage while we went out for day after we had checked out. No charge. Would definitely stay here again.
