Super freindly confortable nice hotel.
We had one issue with the room which was resolved sympathetically.
The hotel went beyond though on departure when they sorted out a taxi issue for us.

Wonderful, clean and luxurious hotel, close to the park and all the shops. Very kind staff.
I recommend it for a couple or family stay. A piece of Italy in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I'll be back!
