來倫敦的第一晚，有幸住到了這家酒店，因為到的時候很晚11點多了，前台服務很好，給我們安排了不錯的房間，入住後發現一切都超預期，乾淨安靜，空間夠用，尤其第二天出門逛才發現地理位置絕了，去哪都方便，如果可以的話真是想連住幾天！退房時寄存行李服務很貼心，很棒的體驗了，推薦！

老位置很好，靠唐人街等，吃飯購物交通都很方便。負責寄存行李的服務人員有點問題，我們先給的取行李卡，而且出租車已到在等着，卻一直給其他後到的英國人拿行李，最後才給我們，態度還不好。

The hotel has some very well thought out spaces (especially The Blind Spot speakeasy bar). The staff are the most accommodating of any of the many places we have stayed across the world. Joe, Visan and Manuel gave us special attention and went out of their way to accommodate our most simplest of needs. Many thanks to them and their team members we did not have the names of! We highly recommend to any that want an easy and special experience in the heart of the theater district and around the corner from Trafalgar Square!
