Stratford Hotel

I was pleased with how comfortable the room was. The space in the room was also a nice surprise and i did not expect to have access to the back area from the room. It's all commendable. Rooms are cleaned daily, fresh towels are provided, water is provided daily. The staff are friendly, pleasant. A garden where you can sit in the morning, drink coffee. You can sit down and eat. I felt at home, not like a typical hotel.

We had a very friendly welcome. We were checked in quickly and told our room number. We had a family room, which was clean and had a double and a single bed. there was plenty of storage, A small bathroom consisting of shower, basin and toilet. The shower was a power shower. there was tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms were cleaned and beds made each morning. We had a 2 night stay.. The hotel was very close to stratford station.

The customer service was poor and the staff was extremely rude. They have a no-refunds policy and never try to accommodate. Be careful when booking this place as they won't think twice about taking your money. Utter disappointment!

Super comfy bed, cheerful, helpful staff. My room had double bed, desk, ensuite + TV - what more would you ask / expect for the price ? I had work to do, spent the whole day emailing - wifi worked perfectly ! Lots of restaurants + takeaways nearby .... I ate out ... but next time .... I'd be tempted to get an Indian takeaway at the chipper, a delicious looking pastry and bottle of wine from convenience shop across the road and take back to the room. If you ask the convenience store earlier in the day, they will put the wine in the fridge for you - so it is chilled ! Accommodation has tables and chairs out the back - so in nice weather - you can sit outside. Parking available on site for a small charge.
