There is construction outside the hotel, and the soundproofing equipment disturbs sleep. Other transportation is very convenient.

The room was not heated enough when I checked in in the middle of the night. It took me an hour to contact the front desk to solve the problem and change the room. After checking out, I forgot my glasses at the hotel. I contacted the hotel and told them to contact me after finding them, but nothing happened. It is not a five-star rating at all, it is equivalent to a quick service. hotel

Right beside an exit of king cross station. Ear plugs provided incase it gets noisy at night which is a nice touch. Very friendly staff too!
