The room is small but cozy. I thought there was a table to do my work, but it turned out to be a very small shelf which is a bit too small for laptop. The location is good, although slightly farther than I thought to reach train station.
The staff are nice and helpful. Bed is very comfortable

Environment: Single room, the room is really too small, the water pipe in room LG011 makes a lot of noise and vibration when taking a shower in the toilet, which is a bit scary.

Staff were pleasant. Mouldy water smell in the bathroom sink but apart from that room was nice. Parking a bit of a nightmare but all in all nice stay

Nice to have an upgrade to a king size bed. Unfortunately the room would seriously harm a cat if you chose to swing it! Very small compact and lacking any circulating space at all. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. No tea or coffee in the room. But available in the reception. Cooked breakfast whilst nicely presented was disappointingly cold. When this was pointed out was told the “plate was warm”. A warm plate does not beat up cold scrambled egg and beans. Reluctantly a new plate was eventually brought. With the apology “we’re very busy”. We were the only people in the dining room at this time. The re presented dish had a cold plate and the food was also cold again.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. La stanza deluxe non è grandissima ma c’è tutto quello che serve - letto matrimoniale francese molto comodo, bagno piccolo ma con una doccia comodissima. La cosa che più ci ha colpito è la pulizia,che era eccellente! Il personale ( tutti giovani) sorridenti e disponibili. Abbiamo apprezzato l’acqua, caffè, the e frutta a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente- è un plus da non sottovalutare. Il fatto che siano ecosostenibili ed attentissimi a questo aspetto è uno dei motivi che ci ha fatto scegliere questa struttura. Bravi - altamente raccomandata !!!

Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, from the moment I arrived untill I left, it was clearly an inconvenience that I was staying at the hotel. Asking questions or inquiring about facilities was clearly an offensive topic to those that worked there. After having to find things myself, to view the gym/sauna that I was told were fully booked, to see if the facilities were of a good quality for potential next stay, I found the facilities in the dark and not a single person using them. When the staff were confronted about their lies they were completely indifferent. There are enough over priced hotels in London to stay at without staying at one with this sort of staff.
