Very satisfied. The hotel is in a prime location, close to the British Museum and the subway station, with convenient transportation. You can walk to Chinatown, SOHO and other areas. The hotel breakfast is very rich.

Is the hotel's decoration style a bit avant-garde? Weird? Not very acceptable.
But the size of the room and the comfort of the bed were very good.

In the center of London, the room is at the subway entrance. You can walk to many surrounding attractions. The price is relatively reasonable and the room is clean. It seems to be a few hundred meters away from the British Museum, and the University of London is also nearby.

Hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and polite. Lovely location and modern vibe.
Just a few downfalls during our stay, was that the steam room was not working in the spa. And we were quite surprised to have received a £6 ‘Tray charge’ for ordering a portion of fries for room service that were only £7.50.. we essentially paid £13.50 for a portion of fries!!
Other than those minor-ish points, a lovely stay and would consider returning.
