1. It smelled strongly in the elevator, the smell of sweat was very bad in all the elevators.
2. To get to the room, I had to climb several stairs between the elevators to the room, which was really bad when moving my luggage.
3. Ihad to wait for the receptionist to answer you and she was not always at her desk.
4. Around the window of the room was so dirty that I had dust in my mouth and cough in the morning

Great location and very close to Kensington Palace and gardens. Nice hotel and friendly staff, my room had a fridge and microwave but there's plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Highly recommend!

Polite staff. Brilliant location near shops and amenities. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Could do with soundproofing the floors above as kept awake by occasional noisy neighbours. Other than that great.

When I checked in with a large bag at 12:00 in the middle of the night, they said that they would transfer us to another hotel in their group. The key is that no one was allowed to contact me. They asked us to wait for a while and said that they were helping us get in touch. At this time, another couple came and asked if they had any room. The staff said yes, I guess they knew that we heard the waiting couple after they left and told us that they had a room. Well, I'm staying at their hotel tonight. Two weeks before our stay we were moved to the Grand Royale London. Therefore, my rating is for that hotel NOT Hyde Park International. Because it was our wedding anniversary we were really looked after and a hotel we will definitely book again.

今回、旅行中に他社で予約していた宿泊費の引き落としが不可なので、やり直ししてくださいと連絡をいただきました。
オンラインで支払いを別カードでトライしても不可。旅行中使えていたカードなのに。
そして今回、このホテルは
宿泊前日で、支払い当日可能なので選びました。
以前このエリアは宿泊した事があったので。
ホテルが古いのは仕方ないですが、それを隠す為か、ライトが少なく大変暗い。
暗すぎて、小さなものを落としたら見つけられないくらい、暗い。スタンドライトを一つ加えるべきです。
４泊の内、２泊目終了の夜にホテルから明日から別の部屋に移って欲しいと言われました。
翌朝、７時30分にフロントデスクに行くと８時まで待って欲しいと。日帰り列車の時間があり、対応出来ないと申しました。
前日、迷惑に対するアップグレードを希望していました。再度伝えて荷物を預けて出発。
夜戻ると、別のホテルを用意してくださいました。
結果的には、最初希望していたホテル近くでした。
スタッフさんは、親切な方が多いと思います。
ただ、部屋が暗すぎるのは大問題です。
