It was good location, near various scenic spots. All in walking distance. The stay has been marvellous and good for 4 people as well. Only the washroom was a bit old fashioned. Overall the staff were nice and helpful.

Decent hotel on a nice historic square in London, within walking distance of the river and Westminster. Hotel itself is very basic. Recommend you eat breakfast out in a nearby cafe.

The hotel is old n needing an upgrade of hardware. The toilet flush is not working….they did offered an alternative room in the hotel next building though. The hotel needs a thorough clean-up, it is dust everywhere. I suppose it is because they are understaff. The attitude (service) of staffs are quite OK and helpful.

The hotel is run by Indians, and they have done the best to increase revenue and reduce expenditure! We were charged 20 pounds to store our luggage two days in advance (a discount from the price of 30 pounds). Not to mention the breakfast variety, there were some tongs that couldn't be pinched, so people would pinch less. The waiters were all Indians, and the ones responsible for hygiene were Eastern Europeans who don’t speak English…
The location of the hotel is not good either. It's a long walk from the bus and subway.
I contacted Ctrip about arbitrary charges, but either a robot responded or the customer service was busy, which was disappointing.
