Absolutely loved this place, the apartment was perfect. The bed and pillows were absolutely wonderful, I loved my stay there. Fantastic location around 10-15 minutes walk to Oxford Street. Lovely variety of shops along Maddox Street. The staff seemed pleasant. Could not recommend enough.

I am a seasoned traveler. I have never experienced anything like this in 35+ years of travel. The suite was not as advertised (did not match the lovely photos online). The space was basically a windowless set of rooms - clean, but shabby and definitely not worth the rental fee. The suite contained only one small window, which looked out onto an alleyway. The furnishings were run down. Harsh lighting everywhere. No elevator (so good luck if you have heavy luggage). No 5 Maddox is a location that is difficult to find (no instructions were sent in advance). I ended up renting another room at an established and reputable hotel for my stay in London.

This is a stunning apartment in an equally stunning location. Clean and stylish and welcoming and helpful receptionist and help carrying bags. There were many stairs to our fourth floor apartment so not great for those with mobility problems. Lovely coffee machine and milk provided.

Another amazing stay at no. 5 Maddox Street, great location, amazing staff, stunning apartment, loads of room compared to a hotel. 100% recommend this place. Why would anyone book a hotel when you can have a fully serviced apartment, with full kitchen facilities. I stayed in apartment 5 on this occasion its a 1 bed, with a nice bathroom, separate WC away from the bathroom, it has a huge bedroom with dressing table area, a lovely Livingroom with loads of natural light and a gas fire, a good size kitchen with everything you could need, coffee, tea, milk 2x bottles of water. It also has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.......the place is amazing. I cannot wait to return. Well done team Maddox X

The location is so nice, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the facilities was amazing, the cleanliness was great, easy to check in and check out through the experiencd staff, the value was amazing too, and the most comfortable and easy to use is getting inside and out at any time without any inconvenience.

I couldn’t add photos on my previous review as apparently I’m told the room was inspected and had no mould. I shall leave these here until you offer a refund shall I? We arrived and were shown the room. Looked a little tired, the tv wasn’t working however was fixed by a member of staff. The Bluetooth radio look come speaker would not connect. Wasn’t even asked at checkout if all was ok. Taken a while to review and don’t normally however was a really poor show. We stay in managed apartments most weekends and some at lesser cost. We won’t be returning or recommending. Sorry
