The service is good. I asked in advance not to arrange a basement. All arrangements were made and the attitude was good. Although there is no breakfast, complete tea and fruit are also provided for self-service. The room is small, but this is normal in London. It will be difficult to spread out the suitcases, but it is enough for just one or two nights. The bathroom is big, which beats many hotels in the same price range. You can also check your luggage for free. The environment outside the hotel is also good.

Rubbish hotel does not want to give one star. The service is terrible. The breakfast is terrible. Toothbrush and slippers are not provided. Domestic 3-star garbage.

One of the most pleasant hotels in Earl’s Court, extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms are very clean, fresh and with good ventilation, spacious bathrooms.
Will definitely stay again! :)

Staff were lovely. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of tea/ coffee and biscuits. Location is great. The bathroom in room 920 needs a bit of tlc - bath plug cannon be removed without a spoon / knife. Some of the grouting is cracked.

The hotel was convenient being close to Earls court tube station (not our favorite tube station to be sure)....and our room even had a small fridge which was unusual for a room this size....we like to walk and it was only a 15 minute stroll to the Victoria and Albert museum as well as the museum of Natural History...a decent location and a decent room for the price...

The location was excellent and the room was very clean. The staff were particularly courteous and asked about our stay even before we checked out. The bed was too firm and the pillows too flat (not fluffy at all) for our preference. We would stay again despite the bed/bedding due to the location and value for money.

Very nice hotel. The room are small but very confortable. The position is perfect and the tube is close. The only problem was the noise of the elevator that did a beep everytime that someone use it. Ask for a room that it is not close to the elevator. Another problem for me was that it was impossible to.open the windows

The room was small but had lots of storage space and was perfectly adequate for our needs. Lovely hot bath and powerful shower. Safe, good sized fridge and ice depar**ent. Sol on reception was so helpful and friendly. We would stay again when travelling to London for the Royal Albert Hall, which is a fifteen minute walk
