Please do not come back to this hotel Please do not come back to this hotel This is disgusting We booked the executive queen room for the last two weeks and then checked in the same day and then gave us a dirty little room in the basement and then went to the front desk and asked for the room that we had booked and the front desk replaced us with a room that had not been cleaned When we found the front desk again, the manager's service attitude was very poor. He said that it was impossible to book our executive room at this price, so we chose one of these two rooms. We complained to "Trip app" immediately when the customer service staff of Trip app called the hotel to check The manager of the hotel was like they lied about giving us the executive suite but it was us who asked for a higher class room that made me feel sick. Fortunately, the Trip app paid for the incident and although it cost us two hours, It's just that the hotel manager has no integrity, no manners and even insults us, which makes me very disappointed in this hotel, especially the ************************. Please remember, please don't book!!

Good room

It’s actually be impressive, the fact that , there are some suites. Which are literally amazing

The heat in the room was unbearable and the mobile air conditioner didn't help. The breakfast buffet needs improvement.

Located in a quiet square the hotel is quite reasonable for its price point. I had a single bedroom in the basement which was quite quiet. The room was small but adequately furnished. The bathroom was clean and nicely laid out with a large towel. One issue was that the mattress wasn't especially comfortable and probably needed replacement. Breakfast was adequate, but not exciting

I stayed at this hotel for work and this hotel is absolutely terrible, the hotel manger very rude to customers don't go there it s uncomfortable and bad service the manger he thinks he do favour for the customer all i can say never again stop booking to this hotel .

Good location and friendly staff. We were given a basement room which was ok for an overnight stay, although I’m sure there are better rooms. I would stay here again.

For a budget hotel it was very clean, ad the bathroom was decent. Yes there were odd signs of wear and tear but generally very good. The guy on reception last night when I checked in very late in the evening was very polite, friendly and helpful. Will be staying again, great value for money
