Very nice hotel, refined furnishings, comfortable room and maximum cleanliness in all rooms. The staff very kind. Very close to the V&A and the tube.

The hotel smelled lovely was clean throughout and well presented.
I felt relaxed from the moment I walked through the door.
All of the staff I encountered were polite welcoming and helpful.
My room (Flemming) was beautiful and the shower was amazing.
The location is perfect for the big meseums, the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington gardens & Palace, Harrods etc. There are two underground stations very close by.
I only have a two gripes, the first was that I found the mattress uncomfortable but that is down to personal taste, and secondly that there wasn't any soya milk in the room.

Delightful small hotel which has undergone a recent renovation is a real find in Kensington. The room was small but perfectly formed. A really great bathroom, very comfortable bed, great value breakfast of good quality produce. Lovely bar/lounge and the most helpful staff. Fabulous stay with easy access to the Tube at Gloucester Station, also to Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park, museums and galleries. Maybe not the Lux of a 5 star but exceptionally good.

The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and pleasant. Although our room was small it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great value and was very good with choice of cooked meal and continental. Would recommend this small hotel.

Sono in vacanza con mia mamma e abbiamo scelto questo posto navigando su Internet…Semplicemente eccezionali! Pulizia delle stanze impeccabili, una colazione completa di ogni desiderio… non è mancato un perfetto cappuccino, raro da trovare all’estero. La cordialità dello staff è impagabile, il riflesso della cordialità di un direttore attento al dettaglio e disponibile in ogni ambito. Una posizione strategica, due passi da Hide Park e due passi dalla fermata metro Gloucester Road della Piccadilly Line. Fuori dal grande caos metropolitano, ma centrale per ogni spostamento! Torneremo!

This generally was a nice hotel. However staff could have been a little more welcoming and friendly. Also in the middle of January it would have been nice to have had a room where the window actually locked closed. Not only does this create a security issue it also makes the room cold

Had an amazing stay at 54 Queen's Gate Hotel - the cleanliness stood out from the moment you entered the building. All the staff I came into contact with, were polite and attentive. The room itself was amazing, felt and looked clean. The bed was so comfortable - would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here and hopefully I'll return again myself. Thanks all at 54 Queen's Gate for an amazing and memorable stay

This is a beautiful, quaint, boutique hotel with friendly, attentive staff. The location was perfect for me, as I view London as a “walking town”. I love to be near Hyde Park. This place is nestled into a block of row houses, just a few blocks South of Hyde Park and immediately across the street from the Natural History Museum. (Near fine dining, Pubs, and even a Whole Foods Grocery, if you’d rather grab a premade sandwich and have a picnic in the park). Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. They do offer breakfast at an additional charge, but I prefer to go exploring, so I didn’t try their breakfast.
