The room we were given first was dirty; different stains and marks covered parts of the walls, there were spiders in corners of the room; the bed was on wheels so every time we sat on it it would start rolling towards the wall, paint was peeling off the walls.
When we first complained then refused to change our room and were unpleasant to talk to on the phone and even claimed we threatened them when we asked to change rooms.
We went out into London and came back an hour later, spoke to a different member of staff and they then let us change rooms into a much more pleasant and clean room.

The worst hotel I ever stayed

The location is great but the hotel is dirty, broken and there’s workers screaming all the time. A cleaning lady made fun of my mothers broken English, we had to walk the stairs for two floors because there was repair going on and the workers locked the lift. Would never come back
