The proximity to the metro station is excellent and the location is also excellent: I really appreciated the street full of shops and restaurants. The Kensington neighborhood, where the property is located, is also beautiful. Speaking of structure, here are the weak points: almost non-existent cleanliness. I had to move the bed to look for something I had dropped and under the bed I found everything: even a flip-flop. When we arrived the sheets were full of hair and we had to ask for a change. In the bathroom we found some handkerchiefs crumpled and scattered here and there. You can see that the interior of the rooms is done in such a way to seem more modern: in fact I appreciate the style of the rooms. It's a shame, however, that there is no lift inside the structure. I was on the second floor and carrying the suitcases was quite tiring up those steep and narrow stairs, I don't want to imagine if we had been on higher floors. Lastly, there is no reception: there is no employee in charge of the reception. Before your arrival, an employee will write to you and give you all the information needed to access the facility, but we never actually saw anyone. The problem arises, for example, when having requested to leave our luggage in the facility after our check-out we were told that it was not possible, but we were sent a link to search for other facilities (for a fee) that provided this service.
