HORRIBLE HOTEL!!! Please, please, don't book here!! You will appreciate it.
Poor cleaning, ridiculous breakfast (the worst I have ever seen in my life and I assure you that there are many) where despite having breakfast included for 3 days, we did not use it on 2 of them.
Boiler broken on the 1st day, unpleasant and unfriendly receptionist. They only made the room for us on the 1st night because supposedly you have to mark at check-in that you want the room to be made for you (incredible!!) and they didn't tell us.
Room with 2 beds together instead of 1 large one. Windows that let in the cold. Terrible maintenance: peeling walls, the dirtiest curtains I have ever seen, the shower head spewed a ridiculous amount of water, dirty carpet.
£50 deposit upon entry which we are still waiting for.
PS: Maybe, the worst hotel in London

Perfect location, great price, very comfortable bed, details are missing such as breakfast and the condition of the carpets, doors....But, for the travel plan that we had, perfect.

Worst hotel ever, dirty, runned down, no tea and coffee facicility or working TV. Half of the bulbs I. Room working in corridor smell of mildew, bteackafats on lodes was limited to toast and slice of cheese and salami. Staff unfriendly and not responsive to complaints. Worst experience that guest can have, Fawlty towers would have better standards by far. I BOOKED A SUPERIOR ROOM AND GOT A BASEMENT ROOM WOTH HANTS.

Advertised as a 4* hotel … definitely not even a 1. An unaware £50 deposit for room keys … and takes a week plus for it to be returned. Upon arrival no duvet cover, no room lights worked, black mould and cracked tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast included a ‘continental’ breakfast which consisted of a tray of ham and cheese

Lovely, well presented room in a nice location. A short walk to the nearest tube station so not too long to get into Central London. Very spacious rooms! A beautiful bathroom and great shower. Breakfast in the morning came free with the room but consisted of pretty much just toast, butter and various cereals. When I first arrived at the hotel there was no one at the front desk for a good 15/20 minutes so I had to just sit and wait to check in and enter my room which wasn’t great! Overall a nice stay for an excellent price!

The hotel must have been great back in the day. Back then, a lot of thought was given to suitable equipment. Now he is praying for renovation. He really needs it. Location is great. We were there for 2 days so we didn't mind. The price for the area is great but that's all. I wouldn't book breakfast either. It's better to go around the corner and have a nice meal there.

Very dissatisfied with Ctrip's service. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the agent had not made the reservation successfully, so I had to coordinate on the spot for a long time and swipe my card again on the spot to ensure that I could check in that day. After everything was done, only the last room in the ba*****t was left. Everything in the room was terrible. I didn’t have much objection to the hotel itself, because at this price, I could only stay in such a place in London. I could accept it, but Very dissatisfied with Ctrip service.
