Location of this hotel is just next to the underground station at Gloucester Road. It has direct train to Heathrow Airport and to Victoria Station which is very convenient.
Lots of shops for food in the vicinity. There are 2 supermarkets close by. Within walking distance to Hyde Park and the museums. The rooms are large and well furnished and they provide complimentary water, coffee and tea.

I feel very comfortable at this hotel, the staff is friendly, and bed is very good. The breakfast is very amazing, a lot of things to choose.

Generally all is good and met the essentials. Location was very good, near Gloucester Road Underground Station which is one of the stop from the airport on the Piccadilly line. Staff was generally nice and polite. However I think the bath room can be better especially for elderly guests

服務特不好 ，第一次給的個房不是地下室還不如地下室，窗户外面三面都是牆，找前台換，3個前台服務員嘀嘀咕咕好半天，像好不容易找出來了一個似的，結果比第一次給的更差，樓梯口不説，還3個門緊挨着，明顯是看我們是亞洲人面孔，故意這樣的，這是在倫敦住過的服務最差的酒店，附帶一句床頭還有小飛蟲。

The hotel is located very conveniently to many attractions. The breakfast was terrific, perfect way to start a busy day of exploring the great city of London. The room was very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future.
