Another excellent stay, staff as always very helpful and patient given the queue for check in. Room very clean and bar arrea much better now with new comfortable seating. Great location for west end and city

We have used Britannia several times in the past, and quite enjoyed it, but always thought that it was a bit tired and needed a little bit of an update. While that is still true, they look to have started some upgrades as we noted fresh paintwork in rooms and new carpeting in corridors - a good start. It was good value booking through “Trip”, and well worth the money we paid. The bar area is nice and open, though like most hotels, too expensive really. You also have choice of a pizzaria and conventional restaurant.
The only thing we didn’t like was cost of parking… as we think £25 for 3pm till 5am was a bit rich.
Overall, though, a pleasant and comfortable overnight stay, with easy 15 minute early morning car journey to London City Airport.

The location is good, next to the river, you can walk to the subway station and the train station. The room is large.
Clean, hygienic, and washing supplies are also provided. Staff service attitude is very good. The restaurant also provides free ice for drinking. The price/performance ratio is high, and I am satisfied with booking a room at this location in London at this price.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. The staff need a crash course on hotel management and customer service. Also, 10am check out is unheard of, that’s really crazy
