There is no elevator, the stairs are too narrow, and it is absolutely difficult to carry large luggage up and down the third floor; WIFI is often disconnected: the room has a peculiar smell.

Apart from the good location, everything else is average. The store is friendly, and there are many restaurants nearby. It is very convenient to the train station and subway station. The only thing is that the room is relatively small, and the toilet and bathroom are super mini

I had the wonderful experience and spending a week in this magnificent building for my 30th birthday and I couldn't have been any happier. The staff were accommodating and friendly (recommending me to several near-by restaurants which were lovely). The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. You had a feeling of being welcomed into someone's home and to me that means more than anything. You're right next to Paddington Station which can get you all over London. Ditch the 'Hilton' hotel and come and really delve into a London treat that all should experience!

A really excellent stay - so clean and I had everything I needed - a very comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and helpful- I would definitely stay again. So handy to Paddington station with lots of eating places to choose from. Thank you
