It is very convenient to have a microwave in the room. There is a coffee machine in the lobby where you can drink at any time. The service attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I will stay again next time.

As everyone says, the location is great.
Because it is an old building, drainage is weak.
The heating wasn't working well, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Very central, big hotel. free coffee in.lobby. This Citadines didnt include housekeeping unless it was paid extra. There was no mention anywhere of this in hotel description during booking. I was at a Citadines 1 week before in Tokyo and there they had a choice, both free. According to London reception.desk it.was.because these are *apartments* (but so were the Tokyo ones) and they told TRIP.com didnt provide all info and they were not responsible. I was asked to leave a review on Citadines where I mentioned this issue to receive a very 'defensive' reply of reception manager after a few minutes. Its not a super big deal but the way London staff handled things is not like one would hope: very defensive and not very nice honestly.

fine! The room is large, the toilet and bathroom are separate, and there are two places to hang clothes. The location is also very good. It is just a few minutes' walk from the London Eye and close to the Art Museum Underground Station.
