服務人員很友善。酒店在倫敦的北區，周圍都是3層的別墅。附近有一個大的超市。房間和床比較小，屬於經濟型酒店。

Room was tired, dated and dirty. The carpet was threadbare in places (we could see the floor underneath!), curtains were clearly stained, and the bathroom was visibly dirty and hadn't been properly cleaned in years. The room next door were having a party, so it was extremely loud in the evening. The party started again at 5am, yet the hotel staff did nothing.

A good mid range hotel with decent amenities. It was the parking and location that made me choose this hotel as you can get to most tourist destinations in 20 minutes. The staff and level of service was excellent, I recently stayed at a 4 star hotel in covent garden and was disappointed by the poor service and felt much more comfortable and looked after here.

A great hotel for a night in London. Just off the end of the M1, free parking, near the tube and most importantly a quiet and comfortable night's sleep.
