Nasty, dirty, pictures are different from what it is, worst hotel I’ve ever been. Should be called a Hostel. Avoid this place at all cost. The room is very small. The bathroom is small and everything gets wet when you shower. Yo can take a shower while seating on the toilet.

hotel closed with out letting me know booked and payed 7 days found out on google that closed. now no responds from them or choice reservation which can not refund or anything! over $900 i paid.so if anyone knows how to reach this hotel please leave a review with info or flood the internet with bad reviews!

Realmente el peor hotel que fui en mi vida. No solo las habitaciones son mini. El baño es una vergüenza. Sucio por dónde se lo mire. Las alfombras desde la inauguración seguro no las limpian. Realmente espantoso. Nos cobraron como un 3* y no era ni 1*. Vergüenza debería darles sobre todo porque en los sitios donde lo venden ponen otras fotos. NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR. LO QUE VEN EN LAS FOTOS NO CORREPONDE CON LA REALIDAD. Nunca más iría. No que me lo regalen. La estrella que le pongo es porque está bien ubicado. Pero eso no paga para nada la estafa.

Just really really grim. One of the smallest rooms I have ever had the misfortune to stay in (literally 30cm wider than the double bed in it) with a bathroom literally in a cupboard (you have to admire the audacity to even try and fit a toilet and shower in that space). Furnished with furniture that was so chipped, battered or wonky that you wondered whether it had been found in a skip. Carpet was heavily stained and ripped in places. To top it off there were fragments of crisp and grease on the TV remote and rubbish still left in the bathroom.

Generalnie uczucia mam mieszane. Ogólnie było całkiem czysto, ale pokój 2 osobowy rozmiarów takich, że ciężko było się ruszyć. Łazienka na podwyższeniu, w której nie dało się praktycznie obrócić. Bardzo zimno w nocy!! Spałam w swetrze, długich spodniach i skarpetach... Na plus zdecydowanie wygodne łóżka oraz pokój 3 osobowy - fajny, sporych rozmiarów. Niestety w łazience było tak zimno, że strach było się rozebrać... Na szczęście w pokoju 3 osobowym był przenośny grzejnik. Na plus darmowa usługa przechowania bagażu. Generalnie cudów się nie spodziewałam. Była to jedna z najtańszych opcji w centrum, która nie jest hostelem. Jeśli ktoś traktuje hotel tylko jako bazę wypadową to w tej cenie moim zdaniem ok.

Non ho parole.. l’agenzia ci manda in questo hotel la cui unica not positiva è la posizione da cui si possono raggiungere a piedi dalle principali attrazioni della città. Per il resto esperienza pessima, camere piccolissime con spazi ridotti, bagno indicibile. Moquette su pavimento cigolante, porta segata con luce del corridoio che entra nella camera. Als uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Londen is het te doen. Je komt er om te slapen en op te frissen. We hadden een 4 persoons kamer en er was koffie en thee aanwezig (voor 3 personen). Werd voor de 3 dagen niet aangevuld. Bedden werden prima opgemaakt. Kamer bevond zich in de kelder vanaf de straat was het erg luidruchtig. De douche zat op 1 tegelbreed samen met wc en wasbak in de bezemkast. Deur had aan de binnenkant schade van de thermostaatkraan die er tegenaan komt als de deur naar binnen klapt. Je kunt de ruimte ook niet in of uit door eerst de deur helemaal te openen. Kapot nachtlampje werd ondanks doorgeven niet vervangen. Exit gangen slecht aangegeven naar receptie dus was een mooi doolhof. Buitenzijde aan de straat lijkt het allemaal nog een mooi gebouw. Geen ontbijt bij de prijs inbegrepen.

This hotel was a mega let down. It was nothing like the pictures advertised. (FALES ADVERTISEMENT) This was not a family sized room at all! The room was dirty, freezing cold the heating didn’t work. Damp patches on the ceiling, stains on the carpet and dust everywhere. No remote for the television. The bathroom was a wet room which was cupboard size with electric plugs which I’m sure is a big no no!! it was very unclean, missing grouting between the tiles the toilet was also leaking, the sink plug was covered in rust and the shower curtain looked like it had better days. I don’t know they can justify charging £315. Per night for this s*** heap. It’s not suitable for 1 person to stay in let alone a family. The man on reception on checking in was also useless and was of no help to us at all. We definitely will not be returning to this dump.

Las imágenes no tienen nada que ver con lo que en realidad es el hotel, es un hotel sucio, viejo y descuidado, los elevadores rechinan de que esta descuadrada la casa, el baño es un cuarto de 1x1 metro donde no cane nada y el agua de la regadera se sale al cuarto el cual todo rechina. Había pagado tarifa con desayuno la cual no me dieron por que “no ofrecían este servicio” No lo recomiendo.
