It was very clean and comfortable. I felt that security was also good. (Please note that you have to ring the doorbell and give your name before entering the building.) Thank you for lending us an adapter for free. The room is for solo travelers, so it's not very spacious, but I am personally satisfied with it. (I usually book small rooms.) The staff were also earnest and polite. It's in a great location, with easy access to Tate Britain.

Perfect area, lovely for strolling around, quiet, leafy, safe and yet close to everything. Good bus route, tube and train connections. Nice local restaurants. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Though room was small it was fine for my needs. Very clean. Two small things, TV on top of wardrobe wasn't easy to watch and shower tray a little slippy, no hand/grab rail. Will stay again.

The owner/manager was unfailingly helpful and polite. He gave me very clear directions for where I wanted to go and even printed out a map for me. He was also kindly and friendly and easily entered into conversation. I felt that the premises were safe and secure. The room, though small of course (since it was for a single traveller), was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Though I was on the ground floor, just around the corner from the reception desk, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you for a good stay in London!!

Spent 3 days there. We got an upgrade to the main floor. The owner was friendly and very helpful when we were looking for the best route take our tour. Staff was helpful with my airline check in as well. Great location close to train and buses. Close to restaurants too. Very clean. Lots of books and magazines to borrow. Would stay again.

Good value for money hotel very well located, friendly staff, clean, comfortable cleaning done every day. Probably I will stay here again.
The points -: no elevator and no small fridge. Bottles of water on arrival would be appreciated.
