The room is small but clean. The staff was also kind. However, the heating only worked for 1 night out of 3 nights and it was very cold. In addition, the amount of water in the shower was very weak and there was no hot water in the morning. The TV is also broken and the hardware side is disappointing. No refrigerator. There is a hair dryer. I don't put anything other than body soap.

Very inflexible customer service. I was unable to change my (non-refundable) booking despite train strike. Thought they would prefer to amend the date rather than my suggestion of donating the room to a member of the homeless community but zero flexibility.

Hotel a meno di 10’ a piedi da Victoria Station. Ho prenotato una camera singola, ma forse per il tardivo check in, mi è stata assegnata una doppia la camera 10 al terzo piano. Camera semplice, ma completa e pulita ogni giorno. Colazione semplice sia con dolci e salati. Le foto dell’hotel sono reali. Soddisfatto, che ho già prenotato per il prossimo dicembre.

Room was just as advertised, nice and clean and tidy. Booked 3 nights for a business trip, and the room met all my needs, a place to stay at night, a clean toilet and shower, and a lovely breakfast in the morning. All for a very friendly price. Staff were friendly and took my requests and questions into consideration as well. Couldn’t recommend more for someone who values utility over unnecessary luxury.
