Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel su vari piani ma senza ascensore. Personale molto cortese e offrono anche una piccola colazione con caffè e pastine, una bella chicca! Pulizia ottima. Peccato per le camere che sono minuscole, il bagno è piccolissimo dove a malapena si riesce a sedersi sul wc. Noi eravamo all'ultimo piano mansardato e la stanza era veramente claustrofobica e puzzava di muffa.

Very impressed with comfort and attention to detail here , they obviously know what they’re doing, Superb location and very friendly. Complimentary pastries and Nespresso coffee in lounge a nice touch . Cleanliness evident everywhere and bed very comfortable.

My room was basement and there was no wifi. I struggled to get the wifi there. I was unsatisfied about it. Other than that, the hotel was really nice.

Had a late dinner followed by an early morning business meeting so stayed in a single room after a web search. Will stay again. Staff v friendly. Room was as expected small but clean, smart and stylish with everything I needed. Great value for money. Thankyou

I stayed in the single room (Room 24). Got the room on extremely short notice, which I was grateful for. If you're interested in a place that is close to PLAB exam spot near Vincent square, this is a great location. It is a 5-8 minute walk.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Pimlico district, and I was surprised to feel safe returning to the hotel alone in the evening. I spent two nights there, and I have nothing negative to say about the place. I liked the overall decor of the hotel - it was very pleasant and warm. The room was small but completely sufficient. The bed was comfortable, and I didn't use the TV. The staff was very polite. For breakfast, before leaving, I was given a warm drink and a few sweet pastries as a complimentary gesture. Very, very nice and peaceful. The staff also cleaned my room in my absence, although it was not necessary. Thank you! Although I spent relatively little time there (I was on a business trip), a few things were a bit bothersome. There was no hook to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom. The WiFi was also weak - neither my phone nor my laptop could catch it despite being connected and logged in.

I have never encountered such a welcoming staff!!! They are truly committed to making your stay with them as comfortable as possible!
I encountered some room challenges, with a tiny room and tepid water for the shower. As long as you are prepared for that, you will be fine!
