Great location but sadly let down by poorly maintained rooms. The bathrooms in particular are tired and in need of repair, they are unsightly and in need of a deep clean.

Flew in on the red eye from NYC on a Saturday morning and was absolutely exhausted having been unable to sleep very well on the plane. I had requested an early check-in but, being from the States, fully anticipated my request to be declined, leaving me to wander around for hours in a zombie-like state. To the contrary, I was greeted with a big smile by a charming young lady named Denise at the front-desk who, to my great relief, informed me that my room was all ready at the very early hour 11:30am.
I had no idea where I was booking but was pleasantly surprised by the location. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs around. Several outdoor drinking areas in Sloane Square were also very nice. The price was extremely reasonable for London and I highly recommend.

Fabulous greeting on arrival, beautiful reception area and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. This was enhanced by a complementary frozen margarita shot. Shared spaces were elegant and very modern, and my single room had a decent size, Very comfortable bed and stylish furnishing, with a fridge/minibar. I also really enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the adjacent Cote restaurant.

Since 2009 as I've made my annual trips to England, whenever I"m in London I book a room at the Sloane Square Hotel. The staff has been unfailingly helpful and cheerful, the rooms are impeccably kept, and one can enjoy peaceful, quiet sleeps, even while in a busy corner of London.

Amazing location.!!!!! Near to shops, restaurants, cafe's & Bars. Next to metro station, near to all bus stops. Very easy to move around. Room clean, no that small, for London good space. Standard amenities. Very good option for tourist and work.....

Super accueil de la part de Taruna qui a pris le temps de m’accompagner jusqu’au parking. Chambre très spacieuse. Surclassement vip. J’ai été très impressionné. Merci aussi à Joshua et Nay Chi. Ils ont été très efficaces. Je pense revenir bientôt

A traditional British Victorian/Edwardian hotel overlooking one of the most sought after areas of west London. The receptionist Kate/Katie (sorry memory like a sieve) made this Cornishman feel right at home at home from the off. Whilst in Cornwall we’re used to Londoners and their chips on their shoulders, we were surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco, flute, a birthday card and some chocolate on our re-arrival. I had only mentioned my partner’s birthday in passing, so she thought this was super sweet. Clean rooms, great views (of the square), and loads to do locally. Meur’as Dhis!

Very nice amazing stay special thanks to Taruna from reception. Best service from lounge - Amare, & Umi. Very good housekeeping service from Asmery, I enjoyed it so much so Im coming next week. I already reserved & hope I get a complementary upgrade & free breakfast as well !!

Adorable hotel in a great setting! We loved our room, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful....assisting with recommendations, etc. Nice continental breakfast. Easy to walk to many popular locations or hop on the metro, with a stop right in front of the hotel.
