Great location but sadly let down by poorly maintained rooms. The bathrooms in particular are tired and in need of repair, they are unsightly and in need of a deep clean.

Flew in on the red eye from NYC on a Saturday morning and was absolutely exhausted having been unable to sleep very well on the plane. I had requested an early check-in but, being from the States, fully anticipated my request to be declined, leaving me to wander around for hours in a zombie-like state. To the contrary, I was greeted with a big smile by a charming young lady named Denise at the front-desk who, to my great relief, informed me that my room was all ready at the very early hour 11:30am.
I had no idea where I was booking but was pleasantly surprised by the location. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs around. Several outdoor drinking areas in Sloane Square were also very nice. The price was extremely reasonable for London and I highly recommend.

Very nice amazing stay special thanks to Taruna from reception. Best service from lounge - Amare, & Umi. Very good housekeeping service from Asmery, I enjoyed it so much so Im coming next week. I already reserved & hope I get a complementary upgrade & free breakfast as well !!

Adorable hotel in a great setting! We loved our room, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful....assisting with recommendations, etc. Nice continental breakfast. Easy to walk to many popular locations or hop on the metro, with a stop right in front of the hotel.

Great hotel in a great location with friendly and polite staff . I may get the name wrong but I think it was Anastasia and her co worker at the front desk that were so helpful with a smile on their faces every time we passed through the lobby. The restaurant connected to the Hotel serves a delicious breakfast. The beds are quite comfy and the rooms are quiet. The tube station is extremely close by. It’s a win-win situation!

Great location, good breakfast overlooking Sloane Square and the Kings Road with friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed here a number of times before when in London and look forward to doing so again. It is very conveniently located, comfortable and welcoming at a reasonable price.

a nice comfortable feel to the place. the staff are pleasant and very helpful. nice breakfast and also a quiet, clean, friendly.l terrific restaurant attached. Easy to get taxis, and is close to subway (tube) stops. Sits oppositve a little park which is pleasant in the evenings ...

Great location and a friendly atmosphere, but most important VERY efficient staff. Once again my stay was pleasant and relaxed due to the assistance of Mrs Kati Antwi-Gyimah (reservations dept.) and the two young ladies Anastasiia and Nay Chi (reception desk). Last but not least a big thanks to all the team at breakfast, who every morning did their best to welcome me once again. Overall a wonderful minibreak, for no doubt this is THE hotel you should be visiting all year long.
