It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The decoration of the hotel is very unique. Just across the road from the hotel is Kensington Park, where you can enjoy the green space, enjoy the lovely swans and pigeons, and breathe fresh air. It is really free. The hotel service is very good and the staff is very friendly. It doesn't matter if your English is not very good, translation software can solve it. When I ordered room service, there was a very lovely lady who was very enthusiastic and she was really nice! I left a very good impression at this hotel! The grandfather or brother standing guard at the door will always open the door or provide help in time. We booked a double bed room, but the mattress was put together by two single people, which did not affect our sleep. My roommate didn't feel anything when he woke up at night. The room was very quiet, and everything was very good!

Got a message on telegram asking me to review this hotel at 5 star even though I’ve never been they told me they would pay me £200 for it and then told me I wasn’t old enough even though I am 20 what a joke the persons name who messaged was hailey miller not sure of they even work there

I am a regular guest living around the milestone. I always stay dine and drink there for fun! Milestone is my top favorite place at London. The service is unbelievably attentive and good. I particularly love the milestone bar where I have visited for more than 100 times. Angelo is super nice to every guest all the time. He is also a very talented mixologist and created many genius cocktails. Victoria is also very nice and friendly. In conclusion, milestone is my another home at Kensington! Phil

Afternoon tea - what a fabulous experience. Service was exceptional and the food an absolute delight. Try the cocktails in the newly refurbished bar while you are there. The Glowing Sunrise was a big hit! Will certainly be returning for another visit.

The service at the Milestone Hotel is excellent, many hotels claim to give good service but the Milestone is one of the best. Lovely hotel, great location, fabulous bar, a great welcome, lovely room and as stated already, Excellent service. Staff are motivared, well informed, well trained and sincere in their desire to ensure you have a great stay. We will be back & highly recommend. What more needs to said!

My first stay here exceeded my expectations . It is an Edwardian hotel but throughly up to date . Lovely decor in the public rooms and the guest rooms . Very clean room and bathroom . The shower was a bit cramped into a bath tub . A view over the park made it pleasant to be in the room . The fitness room is quite good . I actually went every day as it had all the space and equipment of a proper gym . The service was exceptional . Everyone went out of their way to help . The check in , the house cleaning staff, the doormen and concierge , and the breakfast room staff always greeted us with a smile and did that extra effort to make things pleasant . Value for money I think this really is a lovely and special place to stay in London

Everyone from the moment we arrived has been lovely. They cannot go out of their way enough to try to please you. Spotless , comfortable rooms . Bartender extremely friendly and attentive as is housekeeping, front staff, doorman, bellman. Food service in restaurant excellent quality and service. Don’t think twice!!

Wow what an incredible experience - we had a beautiful intimate wedding at the hotel and everything was thought of and all the staff must have been briefed by the way they made us feel! We had the vip treatment and everything was taken care of! I am so so impressed and the CEO even emailed us after the event. If you want class and elegance at its finest this is the place. Wow
