It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The decoration of the hotel is very unique. Just across the road from the hotel is Kensington Park, where you can enjoy the green space, enjoy the lovely swans and pigeons, and breathe fresh air. It is really free. The hotel service is very good and the staff is very friendly. It doesn't matter if your English is not very good, translation software can solve it. When I ordered room service, there was a very lovely lady who was very enthusiastic and she was really nice! I left a very good impression at this hotel! The grandfather or brother standing guard at the door will always open the door or provide help in time. We booked a double bed room, but the mattress was put together by two single people, which did not affect our sleep. My roommate didn't feel anything when he woke up at night. The room was very quiet, and everything was very good!

My mother and I had the greatest experience at Afternoon tea in the Milestone Hotel. I will start off by saying we tried to find the Afternoon Tea for over an hour got lost multiple times eventually I called the hotel. They went above and beyond to come and find us so that we could partake in the experience because it was my 30th birthday. Once we finally arrived, thanks to Steve and Alice retrieving us from a few blocks away we were greeted by so many wonderful attentive staff members. Our waitress was so wonderful and friendly she gave us many wonderful recommendations. 10/10 highly recommend Afternoon Tea. I can't wait to go back !! My wife and I had the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful stay at the Milestone whilst in London recently. The entire team there was most welcoming from beginning to end and no detail was left untouched. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Tim, the doorman, was exceptionally helpful in making recommendations for dinner, away from the mainstays. We will undoubtedly stay here again when returning to London!

Visited and stayed for two nights at this beautiful hotel. From the moment my husband and I walked in we were made to feel extremely welcome. The entire hotel was immaculate, staff so very friendly and welcoming, lovely cosy and relaxed atmosphere throughout. Nothing was too much bother. I loved the little touches of fresh cookies waiting in our room and the candlelit bathroom on our return from an evening out. Very thoughtful. Our room was beautiful, with beds being super comfortable and housekeeping impeccable. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious, and a perfect way to start your day. Plenty of choice (including full vegan options). Cocktails are a must in the bar and the perfect way to finish your evening. Excellently located within a 10 minute stroll to the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace, with tube stations being within a few minutes walk also. In fact, there was literally nothing we could fault …. Just the mini break my husband and I needed.

It's the third time I come to my "London home", every time I come to London. It's a fantastic "old time" Hotel, no tourist buses in and out everytime, no confusion, very clean , top services and a very professional staff. Highly reccomended if you want to taste the "Old English Style". Michele

the staff are so, so kind and helpful. the shower and bath were luxurious, and the robes and towels were soft. we got room service several times and it was always prompt and delicious. the restaurant and bar were also great. an amazing experience all around. i cannot speak highly enough of the staff.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed in one of the residences and it was extremely comfortable. We had two bedrooms, a living room and small kitchenette which for Europe was very spacious. The bathrooms were modern and clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The only drawback is that to do many of the tourist activities you need to travel a bit by Tube/underground. I enjoyed being a little removed from the hustle and bustle but makes it more difficult if you want to relax at your hotel in between activities.
