Stayed for 3 nights with my husband and daughter. The hotel itself was clean. The beds were so uncomfortable and absolutely rock hard. You could have done a tap dance on them they were that hard. All 3 of us had bad backs in the morning. On the second night it was really cold and the heating wouldn't work. We rang reception, and they sent maintenance up to our room (110). The guy said yes, it's broke and then bought us a heater. Fair enough, but having recently read some of the other reviews regarding heating, it seems its been broken for a while in different rooms. On check out morning, a bill was posted under our door for a service charge totalling nearly £40 . For what exactly coming in and making the bed?? We spoke to reception and told them to remove it, which they did but looked annoyed . We've stayed in many hotels and have never been charged for housekeeping. We wouldn't go back mainly because of the worst nights sleep ever and the heating
