The room is big, very relaxing environment and good for distant travellers who need a bigger room to pack their stuff
The location is a bit tricky if you travel in the uk via tube, better call a taxi or Uber

Visiting a relative in the area !!
Surprisingly Spacious and well equipped accommodation…..couldn’t really fault it …
Found it a bit noisy at night though ..
Staff were all exceptionally polite and helpful as well ,, next time would ask for quiet room !!!

I have stayed here many times now and my patience is wearing thin. I like some of the apartments and the hotel itself is beautiful but there is zero attention to detail.
A hotel of this standard should know its customers, nothing is every recorded and faults reported are never followed up.
Dryers never work.
Curtains never fully close
Apartment requests and allocations are always ignored
Heating/air con is hit and miss
No blankets in the rooms
Often no lamps and cold white bulbs rather than warm white. If using both then cold for one switch ad warm for another. No dimmers......these are not "problems" they are just some examples where no one is paying any attention to the detail or the customers. I have one more reservation looming. I have already cancelled one of the 2 nights and added it on to another establishment who manage the above easily, alas they were full on the other so i will give this place yet another chance but likely to be the last.

Overall a really wonderful hotel and great stay. We were upgraded which was fab and the room and space was amazing, bathrooms really beautiful! Just needed a little more attention to detail in some elements that would make all the difference, for example the curtains didn’t quite fit the windows and were hanging off the rail, some elements around needed maintenance or fixing / cleaning better. Nothing major but just would really elevate the whole level if addressed as some bits just felt a bit tired. We loved it though and would definitely return as was a great deal. Would probably say more a 4 star boutique hotel than a true 5 star experience. Pool was a lovely bonus and all the staff were lovely.

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband and daughter. The hotel itself was clean. The beds were so uncomfortable and absolutely rock hard. You could have done a tap dance on them they were that hard. All 3 of us had bad backs in the morning. On the second night it was really cold and the heating wouldn't work. We rang reception, and they sent maintenance up to our room (110). The guy said yes, it's broke and then bought us a heater. Fair enough, but having recently read some of the other reviews regarding heating, it seems its been broken for a while in different rooms. On check out morning, a bill was posted under our door for a service charge totalling nearly £40 . For what exactly coming in and making the bed?? We spoke to reception and told them to remove it, which they did but looked annoyed . We've stayed in many hotels and have never been charged for housekeeping. We wouldn't go back mainly because of the worst nights sleep ever and the heating
