Perfect breakfast end very nice room, the location is 10 minutes from underground!!!

Loved this hotel. A glass of fizz is a great way to start your holiday. Lovely service at the rooftop restaurant where I had some lunch before going to the show I had booked. Lovely modern clean room and great breakfast. Would stay again.

It was quit good and I enjoyed my stay, perhaps it would be more pleasant if they actually put two bottles of water to drink in the room since a kettle is there already

location to Waterloo Station very easy & short walk .Room a bit small but nice .breakfast excellent.nice boutique hotel for a short stay.

Excellent value, good location and comfortable clean room. Wonderful roof terrace bar and all the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Nice hotel with great views from higher level levels. A bit out the way but not too far from Elephant & Castle or Lambeth North. The room was lovely, clean and with simple and quality decor. Mattress was a little based for us but with the blackout curtains and fairly good sound proofing (from the street not the halls) we managed good nights sleep. Coffee machine didn't work which was a shame. Staff were helpful and we would consider staying again.

Lovely room and amenities. Sapphire was incredibly helpful and polite. Would definitely come back again!

Overall a good stay. The wifi didnt work day one in our room, but they got it working day two after some communication confusion. Overall, they did make it happen and were nice about it. We would stay here again.

A lovely hotel conveniently situated near Waterloo. Easy walking distance to all the South Bank attractions. Very clean and great service.

Newer and more modern Hotel. Within walking distance of Big Ben, Parliament, Buckingham Palace & London Eye. On-site Spanish Restaurant was by far one of the best restaurants we visited during the 2 week trip to the UK.

We paid nearly 1k CHF for 4 nights, we expected atleast to change the towels every second day we left the towels on the floor for the change but they just hang back the towels and floor condition needs some restoration. The bed is big and comforable, that is what we loved. The room is not so big but enough to walk around. The location is very convientient, just infront of the bus stop and within walking distance to the center and to the toursist attraction. Reception staff are very friendly and accomodationg.
