Usually no hotel staff will take copy of my credit card except Hotting Hill Gate, this morning I find a transaction not authorized by me in my card because my info was stolen! I am very upset and will never use this hotel again!

Good family hotel but few things can be improved,like putting a shower gel and hand wash dispensers rather than giving pack of shower gels and hand soaps.

Je ne recommande pas cet hotel surtout si vous êtes seul, vous aurez une chambre cellule lu j’ai demandé à changer ou la chambre 1 qui est rempli d’humidité avec le local à poubelle à proximité où vous devez respirer les différentes odeurs. Je suis tombé malade à force de l’odeur qui avait dans la chambre. Il devrait faire des travaux !

Very friendly and helpful staff. When I arrived I was shown two rooms and I could choose one. I chose number 11. Anyone who has ever been to London knows that the view from hotels is usually not great, so that is not a criticism for me. The rooms are not big but perfect for a city trip (who needs a palace to sleep in). The bathroom is small but has everything you need. All in all really good for the price. And it is in a really good location. If I ever fly to London again I will gladly come back.
