There are spider webs on the bedside and roof of the hotel room, and there is a lot of dust on the lamp, but the location cannot be said to be great.

Usually no hotel staff will take copy of my credit card except Hotting Hill Gate, this morning I find a transaction not authorized by me in my card because my info was stolen! I am very upset and will never use this hotel again!

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Bei der Ankunft wurden mir 2 Zimmer gezeigt wo ich mir eines aussuchen konnte. Die Nr.11 ist es geworden. Wer schon mal in London weis das die Aussicht bei Hotels meist nicht Top ist, somit ist das für mich kein Kritikpunkt. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß aber perfekt für einen Städtetripp (wer braucht einen Palast zum schlafen). Das Bad ist klein hat aber alles was man braucht. Im großen und ganzen für den Preis echt sehr gut. Und liegt echt gut. Wenn ich mal wieder London fliege komme ich gerne wieder.

aucun problème avec cet hôtel que je connais bien et qui est parfait. Le problème c'est ******* qui m'a imposé des dates non demandées et refusé d'accéder à ma demande de rétablir les dates originellement indiquées sous le prétexte fallacieux que l'hôtel était injoignable. Il ne faut JAMAIS réserver sur ******* plateforme malhonnête !!!

Went to watch the football and used this hotel as a base. Ideal for Notting Hill gate tube. Stunning buildings nearby and Kensington Palace well worth a stop.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Room was small but we had no issues. Beds were comfy and had a great sleep. Even kept hold of our bags for us while.we explored on day 2.
Give it a try and worth a go as a solid reliable London base. Just tucked off main road but noise not an issue either. Fab!
