Such a perfect hotel - friendly staff who were professional and really keen to care for me. Such a comfortable room, I slept so well - amazing bed and pillows, great room temperature controls, lovely shower, super clean and lovely furnishings. Stored my luggage and really went the extra mile - management, your staff are such a credit to you and you really have got your customer care spot on - well done, I could not have improved my stay (only wish I could have stayed longer), thanks to you all.

Great location, not happy with first room (standard) as bed too small for us offered an upgrade for £50pn despite this being £25pn on the email sent prior to booking. Good that manager agreed to match this. Happier with the room upgrade and bed much better. Sat outside hotel with a coffee/snack from local cafe as the weather was beautiful outside and park opposite was closed due to a film production being filmed. Told we were disrespectful by one of the hotel staff who told us we needed to buy a drink from the bar if we were to sit there. Was given two free drinks vouchers to use at the bar because we opted out of housekeeping. Tried to use this the following morning for a coffee in the bar, they told us we could only use it for cocktails/alcoholic drinks, and that a coffee on it's own is £9! After a while they agreed to provide us a coffee with the vouchers. Also two parents with children turned away from the bar as they didn't have the appropriate licence. Might be worth people knowing if they are planning to stay with children.

Malmaison in Charterhouse Square is a quiet backwater in the middle of London. The room was well appointed, the bed large and room immaculately clean. There are plenty places nearby to get food and drink and the hotel,has its own cocktail bar. Farringdon Station is 5 minute flat walk away.

The hotel staff were the nicest and friendliest people I've met. The hotel is in a very central location, only a 5 minute walk from the tube station which was ideal for us. I'd especially like to thank Mahmoor and Ahmad from the Breakfast team for looking after us.

I have never experienced such thoughtful, enthusiastic and proactive service from a hotel. From start to finish Marie and the team were proactively helpful, unfailingly polite, and a pleasure to deal with. We stayed with 40+ delegates for a business event and feedback from our team was incredibly positive about the facilities, and more importantly, about the superb service provided by the hotel team. Accommodation was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious and plentiful and Chris the event manager was absolutely on top of everything from start to finish. The lady on the front desk (green hair, sorry I didn't get your name!) couldn't have been more helpful and was extremely kind, efficient and on the ball. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and we will definitely return!

Hotel location is perfect, with all major sights within walking or short tube rides. The surrounds to the hotel ae very calming. Quality of furnishings, bedding and decoration were superb. The room had a very upmarket feel to it. Reception staff (Francesca) were excellent responding to a personal situation in a very empathetic way. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Malmaison in London and I can honestly say it was such a lovely experience. Victor on reception was so professional and friendly. He couldn’t do enough for us. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and can’t wait to try all the other Malmaison locations. Fabulous hotel.
