酒店環境極差，與相片完全不符。即使是所謂三人房，並非加床，空間與雙人房無異。酒店前台店員對待亞洲人與外國人態度明顯有異，故意要客人等待。

酒店人員服務好，我行李特重，他們很友好的幫我拿。酒店牆壁有點舊，有的房間門隔得非常近，有點沒安全感，但是酒店早餐還可以，位置離地鐵站也還比較近

The staff were so rude. They charge you to check in early (even 30mins) the booking made it seem like there was a small breakfast included but I was told it would be another £7.50 and the breakfast options I was emailed in advanced was “bagged breakfast with pastry, jams and a piece of fruit” or something like that. If that is £7.50 that is crazy! I was on the top floor and had to go up about 5 flights. In addition when I checked in (at check in time) there was cleaning supplies and laundry bags blocking the stairwell) The room was very small (and I’ve stayed in NYC). Most of these things wouldn’t have bothered me if I had gotten even a smile from the reception desk. But they looked so put off that I was there.
I honestly regret not pay a bit more for a real hotel. I thought this was going to be more like the traditional B&B’s spotted all over the UK, but it was just a rundown “hotel” that had rude staff!
