酒店位置很方便並且比較安靜。在地鐵站周圍的餐廳也不錯。可惜衞生間設施太陳舊了。開關控制都是比較落後，走在地板還有咯吱的聲響。

方便，就是有點年代了，東西都很舊了，但是估計如果又新又方便，就不是這個價了，總體還行。自己在房間小煮一下，去附近瑪莎食物超市採購回來做的，體驗不錯！

前台客服很有禮貌，每天早晨可以在房間的小陽台喝杯咖啡，非常愜意！酒店離中心區很近，附近還有超市和中餐廳，意大利餐，非常方便。房間裏就有洗衣機和烘乾機，這對於商務出行或者旅遊洗衣服就很便利了。下次去倫敦還會訂這裏。

We booked to stay here but had to postpone our trip. We called weeks in advance to re-book for a later date, and they took our money and wouldn't change the date for 2 months later. Staff were rude and didn't show any customer care. They eadily could have sold the room to others and we'd have stayed later.

가장 마음에 들었던 점은 위치였어요. District Line의 Earl's court에서 도보 4분거리로 중요 관광지와 패딩턴역으로 이동이 편리했고 2분거리에 마트가 있어서 가족 여행이라면 아침 정도는 해 먹기 좋았어요. 직원분들도 상당히 친절했습니다.

We stayed in a Presidential Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus. The staff were all very attentive, the room always well prepared, making for a wonderful stay.
