酒店位置很方便並且比較安靜。在地鐵站周圍的餐廳也不錯。可惜衞生間設施太陳舊了。開關控制都是比較落後，走在地板還有咯吱的聲響。

方便，就是有點年代了，東西都很舊了，但是估計如果又新又方便，就不是這個價了，總體還行。自己在房間小煮一下，去附近瑪莎食物超市採購回來做的，體驗不錯！

前台客服很有禮貌，每天早晨可以在房間的小陽台喝杯咖啡，非常愜意！酒店離中心區很近，附近還有超市和中餐廳，意大利餐，非常方便。房間裏就有洗衣機和烘乾機，這對於商務出行或者旅遊洗衣服就很便利了。下次去倫敦還會訂這裏。

Elégant hôtel dans un quartier très charmant, calme, loin du bruit du centre ville. Reposant et propre. Agents d'accueil très serviables et souriants. A recommander si vous recherchez à vous reposer après une journée de marche à travers la ville. De nombreux commerces à proximité et une ligne de métro.

A long weekend in London as a family, with two young children, was made even more enjoyable by our stay at the Presidential apar**ents. The location, spacious size of the apar**ent and overall cleanness was very good. Alex on reception, and the wider team as a whole, were very supportive, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back and I'd happily recommend staying here.
